4. Presenting A Warning

Young adults, this is your president speaking and of course, it is my job to be the enforcer of Oceania. I have to warn all of you teenagers of everything that is going on in Oceania and what you should be doing. You all should be cautious and alert because your parents are the enemies. I am WARNING you all right now and this is the first and last warning that will be issued. I am the only person from here on out, who will give you this once in a lifetime warning. If any of you disobey me, you will be sorry, so listen carefully. My goal is to teach the concept of discipline and that discipline requires loyalty to my fellow Party members and the betrayal of your parents. Your parents do not love you, nor do they care about you. Basically, I am calling you all to join the Thought Police. Being a part of the Thought Police is a great honor and you teenagers, will fulfill that honor. It is your duty to watch the comrades and even your mates because I know you adolescents seem to not be disciplined in the loyalty criteria. I am not satisfied with this either because your loyalty to the Party is forever, so repeat after me. Thou shall not betray the Party. 

Now that I warned the teens, they had the nerve to reply with an explanation about their love for their parents. They had the audacity to disobey me in a matter of seconds. I knew I'd better off getting inside the real adolescents, the children. Teenagers are so stubborn and they need discipline. On top of that disappointment, those teens had negative attitudes and talked backed to me. One teen accused me of being wrong about his parents. He told me that he and his parents have mutual love for one another. What type of garbage is that? 

3. Privacy in Captivity

My fellow people of the Democratic Party, I would like a word with you all. As your president and as your leader, I want you guys to handle your responsibilities. Once again I want you ALL to handle ALL of your responsibilities. It is completely shameful that it is currently the 21^st century and we still haven’t completely taken the privacy of all the civilians. Have you all forgotten to install multiple telescreens everywhere? See, I remember this incarcerated comrade, 6079 Smith W, who was in a cell with our four wonderful telescreens and he was on complete lockdown. He couldn’t even move a muscle without being redirected. I bet now he knows that I am, well we are always watching him now. Do you see the effectiveness of multiple telescreens? Do you see the value of constant surveillance? Or maybe that moment of memoir wasn’t good enough for you stupid Party Members that I am supposed to count on to take away the privacy of the civilians. It is your responsibility to enforce the captivating of privacy in the 21^st century. The civilians do not have any responsibilities because they are not worthy of them and they’re still just worthless, intimidated, and weak comrades. I’m informing all of you Party members of my alliance of this information only to protect you and preserve our power over society or at least the civilians.

2. Big Brother v.s. Democracy

I AM STILL WATCHING YOU...although, it has been a couple of decades. Today, you have the freedoms of privacy and freedoms of government control. You people of the modern world are blindsided  with freedom. We live in a totalitarian world, not a democracy. The modern world is a disgrace to my existence because there is no freedom allowed in a propagandic world. Long live a propagandic world. Where are the telescreens? I don't hear any comrades around. The government is not working hard enough and they're not doing their jobs. I ought to jump through my poster and lay down the law myself with my great intimidating appearance along with my reputation. I guess watching you all at all times isn't good enough. The government has no control today. Comrades are communicating, having sex full of pleasure, and aware of the absolute truth. What's with all this madness? Maybe, these comrades need more propaganda because the more, the merrier. In addition, I need to watch people more attentively. There is no need for privacy. Privacy and the lack of governmental control are likely to be the reasons why we're at war now. I just don't understand all of this madness. Propaganda has truly fallen. I have truly fallen. These comrades are not worthy of freedom.

1. Propaganda Impact

I am Big Brother. I can see and hear your every move because remember,BIG BROTHER IS ALWAYS WATCHING YOU, people of Oceania. I am the symbol of propaganda, even though I am really nonexistent. Propaganda gives my creators (Party members) the ability to obtain more power over the people by feeling their heads with bundles of lies, therefore propaganda not only makes my creators eligible to use me to get power to tell the people lies, but it makes my creators feel like their powerful internally. Of course, due to the fact that I am propaganda, propaganda can't impact my choices and due to the fact that I am symbolic, I can't have any social nor personal choices because I don't exist. Propaganda is based on fraud and deceitful lies, so obviously propaganda techniques consists of lying to the people and making them feel an abundance amount of fear that they're being watched, especially because I come across as very aggressive with my gruesome face everywhere you look. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" (Nietzsche).This quote slightly touches on the disadvantage and/or advantage of propaganda, but not quite because as propaganda doesn't kill the people, it only makes my creators stronger and it just causes more weakness within the people. Propaganda doesn't equally impact my decisions as much as I impact the decisions made for propaganda because I am propaganda.
